ill Wasko began building custom homes in prominent London subdivisions Sherwood Forest, Hunt Club and Westmount in 1956, and over the next 25 years established an impeccable reputation as one of London's finest home builders. Since 1983 Wasko Developments has built custom homes in Windermere Estates, Pineridge Estates, Hunt Club Green, Hazelden North, Warbler Woods, Warbler Woods West, Sunnyside in northwest London, Richmond Hill, Chantry Estates, and now in the exclusive Neighbourhoods of Sunningdale in north London, Woodland Hill and Riverbend.

Peter McClure has been directly involved with Wasko since the summer of 1983, when his father-in-law, Bill Wasko, asked him to join the company. In his early years there, Peter learned every aspect of construction, from labour and site supervision, to drafting and design, and then later, sales and marketing. In these years he developed an unerring eye for detail, a commitment to doing a job right, and a passion for designing distinctive homes. With Bill's retirement in 1990, Peter took over the reins and is personally involved in every home.

Staff are also an integral part of the family atmosphere. Administrative Assistant, Kristine Irwin is the friendly voice you will likely hear whenever you call Wasko. As the communication focal point she keeps day to day chaos to a minimum, and is expert at channeling information requests to the right people or sources. Office Manager, Gayle Abbott, is an important link with customers, helping guide them through the many planning decisions required in building a custom home. With Gayle's experience, and Peter's eye for detail, that process becomes a creative experience that ultimately results in a custom home and living environment exclusively yours.

Building a limited number of homes a year allows Peter to personally be on hand to work as a close partner with every customer…a relationship and customer commitment that extends years beyond actually building the home.
